By using Who Play you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The Service
Who Play provides a platform for organising casual sports games, including RSVPs, team balancing, score recording, and group leaderboards. The service is free to use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Who Play.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Who Play to harass, threaten, or harm others; to post false or misleading information; or to attempt to access other users' data without authorisation.
Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. game results, scores). By submitting content, you grant Who Play a licence to store and display it to members of your groups.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
