Who Play ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR.
Data We Collect
We collect your name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in via Google or Facebook OAuth. We also collect game activity data (RSVPs, scores, team assignments) that you create within the app.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to operate the Who Play service — organising games, calculating rankings, and displaying your activity to members of groups you belong to. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a locale preference cookie. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded only after you give consent via the cookie banner, to understand how the site is used. We also use Vercel Analytics for page performance measurement; it does not use cookies. No advertising cookies are used.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.
