Who Play uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.
Session Cookie
We set a session cookie when you sign in. It keeps you authenticated between page loads and expires when you sign out or close your browser. This cookie is essential to the service — without it you cannot remain signed in.
Locale Preference
We store your language preference (English or Portuguese) in a cookie so it persists across visits. This is a functional cookie and does not track you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 sets a cookie (_ga) to distinguish unique visitors. This cookie is only placed after you explicitly accept via the banner at the bottom of the page. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and GA4 does not load. We also use Vercel Analytics for page performance measurement (Core Web Vitals); it does not use cookies.
No Advertising Cookies
Who Play does not use any advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share cookie data with advertisers or data brokers.
Managing Cookies
You can change your analytics preference at any time by clearing the 'cookie_consent' key from your browser's localStorage. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting the session cookie will sign you out. Blocking cookies may prevent you from signing in.
